Buying parts for your 308 lower can be very confusing, a lot of people think an DPMS LR308 is an AR-10, but they are different. Most of the after market lowers out there such as Aero Precision, Bushmaster, S&W are styled after the DPMS LR-308 platform. You can USUALLY tell by the model number of your lower. If it ends in XX-308 then it DMPS Style .308, but if it ends in a XX-10 its an Armalite AR-10 style. There isnt a huge difference, but you can sell by the slant in the side view of the lower, if it flat then rounds up at the stock like a standard AR15, then its DPMS LR308, but is a slant up to the stock, then its an AR-10 Style. Please note most of what we carry on the website is for the more popular DPMS LR-308 platform and not the AR-10. If it does not say AR-10 on the product then it will not fit the AR-10.
